Just a few more pics from 2008
I have posted a picture in memory of Oreo, my mom's beloved dog who passed away this last week. I have been very wary of dogs, since the young age of seven when we got our first dog, crazy cocker spaniel Jed. Every dog I have ever encountered since then has just confirmed my judgment which is, that they are wretched creatures, that are good for nothing bird eaters, who ruin carpet, and tear up furniture… and then I met Oreo… Ahhhhhh…the sweetest dog on the planet, who captured my mom’s heart from the second we picked her up from the airport. Oreo was a loyal and faithful friend to my mom, and a good friend to the rest of us. I have to give it up for Oreo, I was sure that Bradin was going to lose his face, or at least an arm, or a finger to her, from all the abuse he inflicted (nobody would have blamed her) but with all the patience in the world, she graciously endured the endless torment he put her through. Even though Oreo was only with us for a little over two years, she was considered a member of the family, and will be remembered as the most AWSOME dog ever!
There is a picture of my dad holding Isabella for the first time (it’s the one with him in the light blue shirt and her in a pink shirt and jeans with a pink bow in her hair) she was three months old.
